A bit about me…
In October 2010 I came to Silicon Valley where I worked as a marketer at Marketo during its hyper growth phase. After that I joined software giant CA Technologies to head up social media for the Fortune 500 brand and lead a digital marketing team. In 2018, the company was sold to Broadcom for $19Bn. I now advise CMOs on leadership strategies.
I have always been interested in the psychology of leadership, both in my previous work as a conductor and as a team leader in large tech companies. At the onset of my marketing career, The Banff Centre provided a forum for me to develop a corporate leadership program based on the metaphor of conducting an orchestra. Prior to that, I studied and worked in Europe for nearly 10 years where I specialized in physics, education and music.
